If your phone is worth less than £50.00 then you may use our Royal Mail 48® Tracked Freepost Label Please make sure you collect proof of postage at your local post office and keep it safe till you receive payment for your sale order. You can also track your post on Royal Mail and it is insured up to £50.00

Special Delivery Label

If your phone is worth more than £50.00 then we highly recommend you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® service Please make sure you collect proof of postage at your local post office and keep it safe till you receive payment for your sale order. You can also track your post on Royal Mail and it is insured up to £500.00

Please Note:

We do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of phone(s) which does not use either Royal Mail Tracked Service or Special Delivery Service.
We do send free envelope and it normally takes two to three days to be received. You may use your own envelope to avoid the delay.
Once we receive your phone(s), we will send you an order received confirmation email followed by payment within a day or two.
Failure to supply the delivery note with your order may delay processing and payment.
